where do they sell silversides ???

I live in md (frederick) does anyone know where I buy silversides for my fuzzy lion fish .............
How much they are ??? or due they come different sides??

My lfs has the frozen strips.They will also eat frozen lancefish.Around here (connecticut) I can go to the shore to any baitshop and buy them live.But I also don't want any "hitchhikers" so I frefer the frozen strips.

they are usely sold at the lfs. I would feed your lion not only silver sides but other frozens too like squid, shrimp,ect
