I go to one of those filter kiosks for now. But my neighbor may be selling his whole setup and I am going to take his RO/Di if he does

i use tap water, bath tub water actually, it fills up 5 gallon buckets quicker. i have an ro/di unit but i havent hooked it up yet. i dont have premixed water or water that sits for 24 hours. im bad.

I use an RO/DI unit. I always keep some premixed saltwater around in case. I also have a plastic garbage can w/wheels by the RO unit that I fill with filtered water and then a Mag 12 with 10 feet of clear 1" hose to use for filling up my Kalk topoff reservoir (10 gallons). This makes mixing up kalk a breeze. When I'm done filling it up, i just wheel the trash can into the closet and I'm done.

tap water here i also don't have any premix but my tank grow so and haven't had any problems so i'll stick with this for some time yet. also i have to add 3Gal to the 180's a day and 2 1/2gal to the 125 and 1/2 to 1 for the 29's so thats why i have put the ro/di unit on hold. :( but in time i do want one

Either from the "Water Island" dispenser at Kroger for $0.39/gal or Culligan dispenser at Meijer for $0.24/gal. Both RO and the Culligan is UV sterilized (when it's working). $1.00/gal!, man your getting ripped!

Water kiosks at Publix. RO, UV and carbon filtered. $.30 a gallon and appx. $.25 a gallon cheaper than LFS. Buy salt mix and mix up saltwater when needed. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!

I get my water straight from the source (kind of). In California most fish stores carry salt water that has been harvested 50 miles off the coast by a company called ??? cant recall. Anyway the pH, calcium, salinity of the water is constant. Happy reefing
