Where is your tank?

Hi,
I was just wondering as to what room in the house everyone has their fish tanks? I just have one little 40 gallon stretch hexagon with 4 fish and some hermits and shrimp. It is the largest tank that will fit in the entry hall by a bathroom. I would love to have a larger tank (money is not an issue), but I do not know where I could put it. I only trust myself with a tank on tile near a bathroom as I am so messy when I change the water. I cannot see myself with a tank on the carpet, or on the second floor where a large heavy tank might fall through the floor.
So, where does everyone keep their tanks????? Does every body else get water all over the floor like I do?

Mines in my second floor bedroom. I have had that and a 90 gallon fish tank in my room for years with no problems. The only time I have gotten water on the floor was once when I bumped a powerhead and it started shooting up out of the tank and another time when I went to do something and a siphon hose fell onto the floor. Other than that I get a few drips when changing water but nothing big.

The two 10g freshwater tanks are on the bar between the kitchen and living room. The 15g crawfish tank is on a microwave cart in the living room. The 2.5g nano is on a nightstand on my girlfriends side of the bed and the 100g sw tank is against the wall directly across from the foot of the bed.

200 and 72 in the family room and 2 30 gallons in the dinning room. I don't have to much trouble with water changes, I use a pump and hose to suck the water out of the tank and then to put it back in. No splash and not any messes. Lisa

my 75 gallon reef is in the basement along with my soon to be twenty gallon sea horse tank. This way I dont have to worry about a chiller or the weight of the tank.

Mine is in my bedroom right above my desk. The water flow is very relaxing at night. Getting water on the floor is unavoidable. No matter what you do you still are going to have a couple drops here and there, I just vacuum after doing water changes, including my rug.

120 Gallon in the dining room. Although since we don't have a dining room table or anything, the room is really the aquarium room! :D It's nice because the room is right off the living room... just have to look to the right to see the aquarium when I'm sitting on the couch.
Planning on setting up a 55 gallon tank with an eel in the computer room/study.

140 in the front room along the wall, I gues it is called the family room or the formal room.
The 37 gallon fresh water with Rubber eels and clown loaches in the living room in the corner.
Both of my tanks are on the carpet and I never have had a problem. I put plastic on the floor so it is only a few drops. Nothing to even talk about.

the 55gl and 75gl are set up in the living room. there is 25gl long that's set up in sinner's office, but it's empty.
the 55gl is on the counter and has a sink behind it. so water changes are easy. the 75gl is harder...sinner had to fill a bin and empty the bin with the old water. the 75gl is in front of a winter, idealy we'd just open the window and let the water go outside, but the window doesn't open (don't ask, I don't know).
i do put towels on the chair in front of the tank in case of a spill.
sinner used to have a tank in the bedroom, but i'd watch fish all night and not sleep.
