My dkh is 7 what is to high or low. I am starting to add corals, so far have a candy cane and a open brain. Side note my calcium sits at 400? To low?
where should my dkh be?

That would mean i am to low? How do u safely raise it

Seven is ok, its the low end. Calcium at 400 is ok. Purple up will raise both. I would not use any buffers with ph and alk boosts. Seachem makes one just for alk, and ph will raise as a result of increased alk more likely than not. Follow instructions, and you should be ok. Anything A/B type buffer will be ok, since it will raise both proportionally. Remember, when is too high, the other is too low, so the perfect balance is between calcium 420 alk anywhere from 8-10. Personally, I prefer higher alk over calcium, so most of the time my calcium is on the 380-400 level.
