Where to place my power heads

My tank is a 90g. My ? is where to place my power heads and how many do I need and how many gph? My main pump coming out of my sump is a cap- 2200 putting out about 550gph. Any info would help me out. thanks

on my 90g i have two peguine's 1140 on both ends of the tank with the waterflow going towards the front.

I have a 75 that I use 2 Hagen 402s on, and they are both placed in opposite corners. One flows into the path of two bio-wheels, causing more current, and the other is aimed at the output of my sump, causing even more current. Anything put in the tank is spread out within 5 seconds, still unsure of how well of a thing this is though. HTH
