where should the "T" for fuse water in go the overflow or on the return pump??

The way you drew it will work.
I would put the "T" on the overflow for 3 reasons:
1 - It won't detract from the abount of flow into the display tank.
2 - The water is "dirtier" before going through the skimmer & sump.
3 - The water will only go through the refugium once before returning to the display tank.

This is one of those - either way works things.
Bang Guy brings up interesting points.
By robbing some of the returnline water - you do lose some flow up to the display tank.
I choose to tee off my return line because I didn't want to disrupt the draining tank. I don't like to mess with overflow draining - including robbing some of the drainwater for the fuge.
Plus I run dual pumps with dual tees to fuge.
In your drawing - you may want to run your bulkhead spillway over to the far end of the sump ( sorta where the overflow water enters )
This may reduce bubbles hitting near your return pump.
Either way will work.
I'm pretty sure that as long as all water is "shared" that eventually the differences don't matter all that much regarding when it hits certain pieces of equipment.
I may be wrong - and that's very possible.

Sure did. I had a really tough time getting to work yesterday. All those stuck cars (mostly SUVs actually) to steer around on the hills. You guy's got 28" right? Just think... in three weeks winter will be here
