What is the best auto fish feeder? I am looking for one that can plug into the wall (or that I dont have to replace the batteries every 2 weeks). Oh, and it need to have moisture control too.

I used the eheim before and found it to be a piece of crap. It produces inconsistent feed amounts.
I don't know of a good one, just thought I'd let you know of one to stay aqay from.

Well I bought a battery powered one that feeds every 12 hours. Was gone for a week and came home to dead fish. The damn thing poured all the food in at once and it just sat there killing my Coral Beauty and a Damsel I am SOOOOOOOO pissed/ sad!

I wouldn't buy an auto feeder unless you're going to be gone for more then a week. But if you do DO NOT fill it with pelet food fill it with flakes...I found this out after the fact from my NEW LFS that I'll be going to!
But this is my 2cents,
Jeff

The key, I think, is to watch it feed several days before leaving. We have to buy a new one every time we take a trip. I have to modify (make smaller) the pickup end of the tube with scotch tape to get it to feed the right amount. Flake has ALWAYS jammed in every kind I have used every single time so I use pellets only in auto feeders. I found that the ones with the orange tube through the canister to work better than any others.
Sorry you lost livestock. Next time set it up early and watch it work on it's own for a few days.
