which coral???

im going to be getting a coral soon and i dont know which to get.
i am getting some colt coral from my friends father who owns a fish tank in his dentist office.
i havent gotten any coral since nov. so im hoping to get some soon.
i already have a bubbletip anemone and mushrooms
but i am interested in getting either xenias or frogspawn
but i dont know if i have good enough lighting.......... i have "corallife power compacts" 2 x 65 watts of fluorescent and 2 x 65 watts of actinic
or 260 watts altogether
i also have:
maroon clownfish
yellowtail damsel
ember blenny
coral beauty angel
2 cleaner shrimp
various crabs and snails
will any of these fish/ cleaning crew bother any new things i get or is the lighting too dim?

You could have either of those corals but you may want to put the frogspawn towards the top of the tank.

I would definately get Frogspawn for sure and place it high up in the tank.

my lfs sells a 4 inch head of frogspawn for 19.99$, and a 4 inch rock of xenia for 14.99$

Yes you could get both at the same time.

What size tank? How long have you had your BTA, they need very strong lighting, more then corals.

260 watts--- ive had it for at least 4-5 months and it hasnt looked bad at all

If it gets pale looking, then the lights aren't strong enough, here is a pic of a BTA when its healthy. You can keep soft corals under 360 watts of PC and some hard corals like trumpets and most brains.
