Which fast sinking food is good?

HI! Due to the very powerful return pump any food I put in goes straight into the overflow unless its fast sinking pellets.
Which fast sinking food would be great for a 2in clown & Picasso trigger?

HI! I like the Formula Foods, I soak them in a little warm water, just til they start to soften up, then drop them in, they sink to the bottom and pretty much stay put til the fish eat them. Hope this helps, Lisa

Kent pellet food sinks very fast even when dry and Hikari pellet food sinks fast when held in the water for a couple of seconds.

Get a floating feeding station. Works wonders for me. It only took the fish one feeding to realize where the food goes now.

What about turning off the pump while you feed? I do this, and I think a bunch of other folks do it also. It lets the fish get all the food eaten. Instead of uneaten food going in the filter.

ya i turn the filter off for about 15 mins then back on
