Which is better? Roti feast, oyster feast OR live rotis?

Which is better? Roti feast, oyster feast OR live rotis? Why is which ever better in your opinion and have you ever used them?
I have a 50 gallon tank with a 20 long fuge so about 60 gallons in all of water volume. In the sump is a ASM G3X so it pulls tons of gunk out of the water.
My tank has about 17 SPS frags, along with 4 lps frags. 3 fish to produce waste.
Do you think feeding any of the roti feast,oyster feast or live rotis would benefit my aquarium. Please let me know what your thinking.

these are all great to feed your tank. each one feeds differnet coral so i cant really say one is better. try them all out and see which one your tank like more. (happy corals will be the judge)
