Which Lighting?? (T5)

I was pretty much sold on the TEK lighting until I stopped at a fellow reefer's place last night and saw his tank with Aquactinics....
Now, I just did some research and the only differences I can find are that the Aqua has 2 built in fans and has true individual reflectors.
36" TX5 5-Lamp T5 Fixture by Aquactinics - $445
36" Sunlight Supply 6-Lamp Tek Light T5 - $340
Is there really a $100 difference?? Only thing I couldn't find was PAR readings for each.

if money isnt an issue, go with the aquactinics fixture. ati or gieseman t5 bulbs r the best as far as i know.

tec is real nice too. u cant go wrong with with either one. aquactinic also has indiv. reflectors. i hv the nova pro and its supposed to be not as good as the 2 above. i am able to keep everything including sps and clams. so the 2 u listed will be fine.

The reflectors in the Aquactinics fixtures are better. With the built in cooling fan you will get more PAR out of the 5-bulb TX5 than the 6-bulb TEK.

I took bobs advice a few weeks back and went with the nova extreme pro. My clam along with other corals are doing fine so far, they look as good as the day I got them.
