which overflow for my 29 gal, and wheres the best deal?

what size overflow should i get for my 29 gal tank which i am building a 10 gal sump ?
where is the best place to get one, for the best price? thanks

For a 29 tank?..... probably the smallest available. So far, I have seen "single" boxes and "double" boxes. I have a single one on my 72 gl tank.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it is desirable to have a 10x volume flow turn rate. Or was it 5......?

I use a CPR 50 overflow on my 10 gallon refugium, but I would have tried one of his if I had known about them before.

I THINK YOU NEED HIS #700 MODEL WITH A GOOD RETURN PUMP, ASK HIM. IT IS AROUND $60 FOR THE OVERFLOW. cpr IS AROUND $90
