they will be prone to bacterial infections at higher temps. the lower the better. you may have to look into a small chiller since there is no way to run a fan on a closed top tank.
there is no set time between coral and adding horses, I would just be sure to not add the horses any sooner then 4 to 6 mo.

ok thanks. is the higher salt level just for seahorses? and how long should my tank be cycling for before adding coral. sorry for all the questions haha = )
