I would say the Kole. I have had one for 5 months now, and he is very healthy and happy. Very active, and an algea eating machine.
They only grow to about 7", so will not out grow a tank too fast.
Check out my link to my tank pics. I have some pics of him.:D

I would also say the Kole.....I've seen some really nasty diseases on the Hippos. But the Hippo is good for small aqauriums situations.

Unless you plan to upgrade to a larger aquarium in the near future, be careful which tang you decide on. The achilles tang requires at least 100 gallons to survive naturally throughout it's lifespan. Atlantic blue's require 75. Powder blue's require 100. Chevron's require 100. Pacific blue, or hippo, require 100. TRue that they will somewhat adapt to the space they are provided, but their lives will be much shorter than natural if they are not provided with adequate space. I would go with the Kole. It's requirement is 75 gal., and it is a very hardy fish. It is also not an overly aggressive fish, as some of the tangs can become, with the exception of conspecifics.

A yellow tang would be okay, they only require a 75 gallon, however keep in mind that they are more susceptible to lateral line and fin erosion than many other tangs, and they are one of the more aggressive species. I personally would suggest only keeping yellow tangs in a 100 gallon or larger to give more territory and reduce the amount of bickering between the fish.
