Which Tang to put into my tank? any suggestions?

hey people..ive been clearing out everything ive got in my drilled 90...going to be running a tek t5 system on it and start an SPS reef /w a few clams instead of my soft stuff/small lps with my compacts.i am getting rid of all fish and starting from scratch slowly after i get a few corals going and everything is in line..i will add ONE tang and want to hear some peoples opinions on what it should be? the only other fish will be a small school of chromis and maybe a few anthias..maybe a fairy wrasse. nothing big,not going to overstock at all. i just hate having the common fish and want to hear some thoughts..i have had my experience with several delicate fish and been just fine so im open to anything.thanks!!

I would go with a kole tang. Maybe a yellow but if you go with the yellow add it last because it will be territorial and can get nasty in closed quarters.

haha you guys im not a noob. i was just asking for suggestions. i have had yellows, blues, i mean i have a show size blue and naso for sale right now because i dont have a big tank anymore. i just want some peoples thoughts. i have had a clown tang before though and i had it for 6 months , someone offered me a good amount for it and they killed it in 2 days..i still regret it. but anyways, just suggestions on what one to get.? kole tangs...nah i want a decent looking fish im not a huge fan of them..they are great fish just not catchy for the eyes.

i did consider the chevron, i have always wanted a purple...i wish i had a tank big enough for a sohal :( lol but im kicking many ideas around. i wish achilles werent SUCH a pain..i can deal with a finicky fish but its the only fish im scared to try.

a purple might do well, since there is usually so much flow in an sps reef. this fish will be very aggressive in a 90, however. an achilles or a sohal, as you know, would definately not do well.

already had one in the past, just looking for something different. they are great fish though.

nah i wish i could keep an achilles in there. how long i will have this tank? probably not more then a year..this is the biggest tank i have now and my 2 big tangs i have now are for sale..well one is .i gave the naso to my friend to go in his 450 reef..im a little scared though its in with a LARGE sohal..the nas0 is 7 inches but i duno..i am thinking purple all the way. still up in the air though..achilles is by far my fav just that makes me want to buy a bigger tank haha..

already have a LARGE regal now that i am selling because he deserves a bigger tank..great fish though but i only want one tang..and a few small fish. the rest is all coral im going to worry about..finally do my reef i have always wanted

exactly, i have a naso in there now with my regal my friend tore down his 220 a while ago and either i buy them or the pet store does and they go in an even smaller tank. im finding a good home for them and getting a purple, thats all the bigger i want to go :) im pretty decided haha
