i think it depends. my red and green zoas multiply too quick , also my GSP are out of control, iam giving them away to friends and family. my frog spawn is growing fast. i have a mystery leather, when i first bought it, it was the size of a quarter now its the size of dvd . i have only had it for about 3 months.
but on the other hand my mushrooms are NOT growing fast nor my candycanes.
i have two candycanes in my tank for over a year with no reproduction.
which even you choose, best of luck..
