Also, when someone like Boehner holds the constitution in his hand and says he's going to read from it and then proceeds to read the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence, it's a little scary. How is he supposed to uphold the constitution if he doesn't knowthe difference between two wholly different documents that we learn about in grade school and high school. All I'm saying is republicans aren't doing themselves any favor in carrying on as they are. Read this for info about what I'm talking about.

I guess the guy quoting the Declaration of Independence is a tard too but Ooops!!! Those pocket constitutions have the Declaration in the front of the book as well.

Judging from the intelligence, aptitude, and substance of these common folk I guess you're right. These people who know nothing are the ones who know what's best for America. Let's not even go into pushing a political agenda by way of the media since the big tea party was pretty much set up by Fox. I call them how I see them, and have no qualms about doing so. The only thing I agree with in this video is that I cant stand people who sit at home and collect welfare and keep having kids and collect more welfare. Also, I think people on welfare should be drug tested and reprimanded by suspension of welfare should they test positive(even temporarily until they test negative). since when are guns banned? how many members does the NRA have? how many americans hunt every year? how many citizens have conceal and carry permits? since when have guns been banned? i was just at a sporting goods store and they had tons of guns for sale. so what are you saying?

the ditch was dug by Bush, Obama is just trying to fill it. and by doing so he is giving average americans a break instead of the 1 to 5 percenter's. there has always been medicare and welfare fraud, under Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, and now Obama. people have and always will fraud the system. its not a democrat or republican problem its a social problem. i like the idea of drug testing those who recieve benefits. im as liberal as they come and even like the idea of legalizing pot. but i dont want some welfare lazy sob using my tax dollars to get high or eat crab legs.

by extending unemployment benefits, by the cash for clunkers program, by making the banks negotiate with people to stay in their homes, by giving a 8000 $ tax credit to first time home buyers. do you think the top 5%'ers needed any of these programs? not to mention his free college for civil service program and affordable healthcare that WILL be implemented.

Been to California recently? There is a rather extensive list of banned guns there. I do believe the Chicago hand gun ban is still in place as well, at least for the time being.

The ditch has been there for many decades, Obama is just dragging us deeper into it and I aint saying Bush didn't already have us there either.
I do agree on the drug testing policy, alcohol too.

I don't think I know it all. What I was expressing in the beginning of my last post was sarcasm (look it up). If you're saying that I'm arrogant because I pointed out a fact and it hurts your feelings because it proves my point, then so be it. I love how you you hold on to that one ignorant black woman saying "obama money"...She is the equivalent of those "common folk" in the video I posted. Unfortunately in this country, most "common folk" are uneducated and/or intolerant people. It's not their fault, they were raised that way, but it's got to stop. The thing I love most though is how I can find crazy amounts of these people spewing garbage out of their mouths and who don't know what they're talking about at these tea parties, but it's a little more difficult to find that many people on the other side who are as dumb/uneducated/stupid. They exist (dumb people on both sides), but there currently aren't people holding rallies in Obama's favor in the streets spewing baseless nonsense just because they don't like the color of someones skin and/or heritage of a father he barely knew.

Cash for clunkers? Get serious. That program will have a net negative effect once we the people get the bill for it. First time home buyers, again a joke. Encouraging people who can't afford a loan to get one is what led to this whole mess to begin with. The whole concept of requiring a dawn payment is to demonstrate the ability of the borrower to budget their finances in such a way to be able to afford a house payment. This program is providing another way around that.

Unemployment benefit extension---If I understand correctly in most states you could get an unemployment extension anyway if you showed documented proof you were actively looking for a job. all he did is divert more funding for this.............
Cash for clunkers----the cost of used cars has now gone up since many of them were destroyed. The average American buys a used car, not a new one. The only people this plan helped was the auto unions..........the people that could qualify for a new car were all that got one...
Made banks renegotiate with the home owners? He did no such thing. The banks did this themselves. Because it was in their best interest. And yet still each month this year foreclosures nationally increased each month......
8000 dollar tax credit for first time home buyers.....gee is the average american a first time home buyer? Actually this plan eliminated many people from participating and thus did not help the average american.
Atleast the Bush tax cuts cut the amount of income tax of EVERY american that paid income tax.....Not just the top 1%....and when those tax cuts go away...that you so hate, your income tax will go up....unless you are one of those people that don't pay income tax.

the same laws that started this mess are no longer in effect. the people who qualified for those loans should be able to pay them. both are a HUGE sucess and both helped pull the american auto industry and the housing market out of the abyss.

Did the american auto industry replace any of those many jobs they cut?Are they seeing a profit yet?
Has the housing market foreclosures gone back to the levekls they were at before the "recession"?
