i picked up a white buble coral about 1 - 1 12 months ago when i got it it was all white and now i am starting to notice that it is turning a pinky brown colour. Some bubbles are more coloured than others but it is comming in dots (the bubbles looks like white mini eggs)
it alway comes out in the lights and shrinks up very little at night.
it gets pretty strong flow, 2 t5 h/o 40 w, 2 t5 21w r/o in a 46g tank
i feed it a mixture of chopped krill brine and mysis once a day
does any one no why its getting these dots?

Look at this pic of a WHITE bubble coral.....It could just be darkening some.....I have a bubble coral, and I'm thinking mine is now the green kind :) It has darkened up quite a bit

The White Bubble Coral is a beautiful LPS coral that originates from the reefs of the Indo-Pacific. It has a white-ridged hard skeleton that can be seen when the polyps are deflated. When inflated, the large fleshy polyps will cover the entire skeleton, and are white or yellowish in color. Like many other LPS corals, they do posses sweeper tentacles that can harm other corals within reach.
