White bumbs on zoas

Another question- I have some that are already being affected to the point they are dying or dead. Questions is will they release their harmful toxins and affect anything else?
My problem is they are in a large colony and some are still fine. Should I try to cut the dying ones away?

Are you planning on putting the Furan in the display tank?
Well I was planning on using a bucket with furan in it and dipping them in there, this is what I did when I did the FW dips.
But I guess I haven't asked this yet...can I use it in the display? That would be great considering some zoas I will have to cut off rocks and damage to treat them in the bucket. It is a heavily stocked mixed reef if that matters.
The article I read did say though he did it with no ill effects though.

I was just clarifying your plan where you said...

Well I don't have much of a choice there is no way in heck I'm tearing it apart lol.
I don't think furan is something I want to dose the whole tank with, that scares me.
I would not
dose my display tank with Furan-2.

Yay your here!
Well I took out and dipped most of them, there was some damage done but hey they are zoas and will grow back plenty fast. Good news is it worked very well! I'm gonna keep a close eye on all of them now.
Thanks so much Cranberry I always trust your opinion!
