Without a picture it's hard to tell. The cloudiness in the eye could be from an abrasion, or substandard water quality. What are your nitrate readings? How long have you had the fish?
The white substance could be lymphocystis, which is a viral infection. It will look like a small clumpy growth. You normally see it in newly imported fish as a result of bad water during shipping. It can clear up on it's own with excellent water and diet. Batfish are sensitive and can become sick quite easily. Are you doing regular water changes? Is the tank skimmed?

it looks like a regular clould you see in the sky, only smoother, the nitrate readings are good now, This morning I woke up and tested it they were a little high, I did a breif water change and now they are fine. The fish was first introduced friday

Red slime and nitrate problems are symptoms of a problem with your tank setup.
How do you have your tank setup? Filters, rocks, sand, equiptment, size, water source?

I have a wet dry filter, about 75 lbs of Lr, Cushed Coral, It's a 120 gal tank. One one side the water come in from the filter, and the other side the water leaves the tank and goes into the filter, Pretty basic
