White Dots on Tang???

I saw these tiny white dots on my powder brown tang, but this was only visible under the actinic lights. During the day I don't see anything on it, it's all clean.
Is this ich or just some special effects under the lighting

It's on the side of its body, nose area, and the two fins it uses to swim around.
