white minnows

hey guys so this morning i checked my fish tank and noticed at the side a bunch of "white minnows" they are tiny the size of a pin head when i look closely i can see that they have a big round body and a small tail with a pair of antennae.
i took a pic but im not sure if you can see them clearly enough.

My question is what are they? Are they bad and if so how do i get rid of them?

They are more than likely copepods.....you do not want to get rid of them, they are free fish food...LOL and a good thing to have
