White Phlegmy Goo

What is this white phlegm-like goo growing on my rocks and growing on my zoos. It seems like branching white fibers that wrap around the rock and zoos. How do i get rid of it?

i thinks its a sponge but thats as much as i know.

some kind of sponge. i had them, and then just one day they dissapperad!!
