white pvc

I have seen lots of pictures with pvc pipes. Is there any reason why no one paints the pipes black so it is not as visible in the tank?

I would guess the paint alone....im sure paint and saltwater do not mix too well.

There are a few places that sell black PVC. Lots of people use it for the plumbing that goes inside the tank.

If you look in the lawn and garden section of Lowes, Home Depot, Menards or any other big home type center wherever you are you should be able to find lawn sprinkler(underground) PVC. It is normall grey and black in color. Coming into the season they should be displaying it anytime now.
