White Residue

Hello I just started my tank a few days ago, doesnt have anything in it yet but sand and salt water. I am noticing white residue on the inside of the tank walls. what is this and how can I get rid of it? Thanks

it may be salt wipe it off and run power head

Most likely just Calcium residue from your sand, assuming you used aragonite sand and not silica play sand.
Won't hurt anything, just wipe it down.
