Hi, my DT has ich and I am treating all my fish on a HT for almost a weak now. I noticed that there are like white spots on the back of the background next to some brown algae on the DT. Its very small and the flow of water moves it a little but stays on the same place.
Could this be ich holding on the back of the tank ?
have a black background so its easier to see.

Ich is not visible unless it is engorged in a fish. Did you have rock in the tank? Take a good look at the spots on the glass. They could be many things, ich not being one of them.

I have lots of white spots on my glass and they are copepods. Can you just watch them for awhile to see if they move?

Perhaps it's coraline algea? I have a black background and the light purple coraline that's growing on the back of my tank looks almost white against the black. Just a thought...

That sounds like copepods to me, which are a good thing, it is hard to say without a picture though.
