White Stripe And Stomach Sunken In On Yellow Tangs

i got home today and my yellow tangs stomach looks like they are sunken in and i can see a white stripe more than usual they are still eating good and look happy is thia common or is there something wrong

Welcome to the boards!! How long have you had these tangs? What do they eat? Where is the white stripe? What sized tank are they in? What are your water readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, PH, SG,and temp?

75 Gal Tank With 160 Lbs Of L.r , 40 Lbs Of L.s .we Have Had The Tangs For 3 Weeks And Have Been Eating Good But We Just Put A New Hood Over The Tank And We Are Having Trob. Keeping The Temp Down Has Gotten To 81 At Times We A Running A Fan All The Time

A couple of ovservations that probably don't have much to do with you tangs condition but should be addressed anyway.
First 81 degrees is not bad.
Sg is a little low I would bring it up to 1.024
Nitrates of 40 are high, have you done any water changes to bring this down. Are you running any filtration or skimmer?
Lastly can you post a picture so we can see the tangs to better help with what you are asking?
