I have had my 75g up and running for 5 months now. For the past month or so I have noticed white specks over alot of my glass. It is very hard to get a good pic since they are so small. They are 1-1.5mm big and are in a swirl form. Almost like that of a snail shell. They are completely stationary. Today I noticed that they have a tiny fan like object from one end of them. They are extremely hard to scrape off the glass. Is there any way that this could be some sort of barnacle? I have 100lbs of LR and for the time of the tank. Something could have come with them. I need some help????
