White Thing Crawling In My Tank

I BEEN SEEING A LOT OF WHITE THING CRAWLING ON THE GLASS OF MY TANK. THIS THING IS A LOT AND ITS MOVING. WHAT IS THIS THING, IS IT GOOD FOR THE TANK, OR IS IT BAD?
I WISH I COULD TAKE PICTURE BUT ITS WAY TO TINY
HOW TO ELIMINATE THEM WITHOUT INTERUPTING MY CORAL

i seen pods in my tank , but i never seen this one. its more tiny . if i dont pay atention to the glass , look none. but when u see the glass carefully, its a lot of them the moving fast too. another thing for pod, are they only comeout when the lights is off?
