White things on my glass

We have a few live rocks and coulpe fish, snails, in our tank. We have notice we have a lot of white things on our glass. We have tryied to scrap some of them off. It's not easy to scrap off. It looks like there is hair on them also. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

I think it might be Spirorbida Worm, how do they appered in the tank? How do I get ride of them? I have lots on my glass and live rocks. What will they do to my tank? Please tell me more about this type of work. Thank you

They look like worms? Do they move fast? It could be pods, hydriod jellyfish, feather dusters, mini starfish....etc.
