Sorry didn't know were to post this.
For about a month now I've had this small white particals floating at the top of my tank. It's really making the tanks clarity not look so well. Looks as if little white things are floating around the take. I've tried to skim the top of the tank with some filter pads, and a net, but have really succeeded in removeing the white specs.
Any suggestions?
Here's a pic for a visual:
p.s. I think I have clownfish eggs, I'm so happy :)

Is it just debris or are they actually organisms? Some sort of surface skimmer would help but for a quick fix you might want to try this...
Get a paper towel and lay it on top of the water. Remove the paper towel. It shouldve soaked up the stuff. (disclaimer: I've never actually tried this so results may vary. :p )
You might want to try to get some surface agitation going on. Aim a powerhead to stir up the water, it might help. I had an airstone making bubbles which also helped but I didnt like the way it looked. The gf disagrees with my aesthetic tastes.

I'll try the paper towel trick and also look into a surface cleaner.
Just more of a pain in my

then anything. Normally with my RO/DI water, it's like the fish are swimming in air, but now with this darn debris, it has all these white particals floating and moving around. yuck!
Thanks.
