White web from GSP?

I seem to be getting a white string coming from just beside my GSP. It is almost cob web like in nature at the base where it touches the LR, but it has a long thin white string that goes out 5 inches. I've taken it out with a utensil 4 times now, and in a few minutes there is another 5 inch string swaying around.
Not sure if it's coming from my GSP or the LR. Any ideas what it is? Thanks.

yes! Lots of smaller ones... like tiny and then like 3 larger ones

Well...except for the unsightly web stuff...they are good to have....YAYYY
