I have a 9 inch patch of GSP rock that has been in the tank for about 8 months...it was spreading about 5% every other week or so...
In the last couple of nights, it looks like something ate them...strips and a time...I am left with no more then 1 1/2 inches??!!!
Tankmates:
2 yellow tangs
1 maroon clown
2 false perc's
1 blue damsel
1 mandarine
1 diamond goby
1 brittle star
4 cleaner shrimps
75 nassaurius snails
2 Mexican Turbos
Lots of corals
Nothing new has been added in about 6 months
Tank and water specs:
300g DT w/ 300lbs of LS, 350lbs of LR
200g sump w/ lots of caulerpa, 60LBS of M. mud, 40LBS of LS, 50LBS of LR
5x's 250 watts 14K MH's
1 HP chiller to keep at 81 degrees 95% of the time.
1x's 250 watts 10k MH for the sump
Nitrite 0
PH 8.2
Nitrate 10ppm
Ammonia 0
So...who dunnit?
