once they start they grow pretty quickly mine has doubled in a matter of months so the growth doesnt look like much till it gets bigger.
here is the same colony about 2 months ago I guess.

I have two sets on they are doing awesome. I had a spike in ammonnia for a week and now they are finally coming out. I have my in the mid level of my tank under 175w mh. Where does everyone else have theres.

I have mine lower The tend to get real light when they are under intense light. Mine are under a 150MH and when I had them closer to the top they were super light green instead of the intense green of some of them.
I like PSP also but havent found any around here worth getting yet.

In my old tank I had so much I started throwing them in the sump. They would stick everywhere. I recomend keeping them low. If you put them high they will take over everything. they will spread like crazy. just my .02

I was wondering if anyone knew about this..
I have some sort of white slug looking things growing on my GSP... about 4... they are not slugs, they just look like it.. and on the top it looks like they are going to bloom...anybody know what these are?
