Sorry being a former OTR driver I had a chance to eat BOTH NYC and Chicago deep Dish and for me NOTHING BEATS a littl hole in the wall place in my parents town called JOES Station House. They make a thin crust that blows away NYC and they have a stuffed crust that makes deep dish look sick. As to the taste of NYC for me it tasted like I was trying to eat a box that been baked then covered with tomato sauce and cheese.
