Novice150 aka Joe has a 1650 gallon tank currently being cycled in preparation for his sharks. I talk to him several times a week and I assure 1650 gallons, while maybe not the biggest, is certainly a handful LOL especially when you add a new little baby boy to the equation!
Congrats again Joe!

I just placed my order for a custom acrylic reef ready :D it should be ready to ship in 4-6 weeks, so I better get busy on the 119 gal sump:D

Bang... I have thought about turning a swimming pool into a reef myself. In theory... it could work couldn't it? If you live in a warm enough place.... it could essentially sustain itself right?
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:D

It's going to take at least 2 weeks for me to rearrange my house to accomadate these tanks. 1 of the tanks I plan on building into the wall. I'm going to set 1 up as an aggressive, and 1 as a reef.

How do you manage to go within "wise" and conservation by having the right equipment to satisfy your twin 240G?
Just curious.......
