Don't make threats Reef, I think they have the power to ban your IP. Don't tempt them. Just say your sorry, and that you will try to behave, I got kinda use to ya.

your ip address changes all the time unless you own your own which i doubt you do

not true....
when cable and dsl first came out ISP's handed out static ips all the time....now everyone uses DHCP unless otherwise specified and you change constantly.....well i change every month. You can buy your own IP through Internic but its pointless unless you are doing webhosting or some other service where your computer needs to be known all the time.
A good way to change your address is to go into your router settings...
