Who makes the best nano cube in the 25-29 gal range.

I have been looking at bio cubes today, and I see several brands out there. My price range for one is around $250-280, unfortunately when I see one that has a good price...they rip you of in the shipping. I need a little help in the right direction.
Some good names/biocubes out there for a 25-30 gal size would be helpfull.
And maybe the name...no links...of a site that sells them with reasonable price/shipping.
