Who makes these?

Two pumps came with my setup, and I'm trying to find out who makes them and what the specs are. The best I can guess is that one is an 1800GPH and the other is a 1200GPH, because one is a model 12B and the other is a 18B. There are no other identifying marks that I have seen.

Any help would be appreciated! :help:

brand is pondmaster i think but people usually refer to them as mag drive. Im gonna guess that 12 and 18 are the model numbers too.. so they are mag 12 and mag 18 for a common name. Good pumps though i think.. I have a mag 9.5 and i love it.

Thanks guys. Now I have a name!

But... the word "pond" doesn't inspire confidence in the application. Should I be worried about saltwater seals? It seems like the people that originally bought this setup spared no expense ($$ skimmer, ecosystems sump, oceanic tank...), so I'm not too worried.
So that's 3000GPH going through flex-tubing. Max turnover of 15xPH. That's not too bad.

no worries. its a submersible pump designed for any application, internal/external, salt/fresh. Depending on how old it is you may want to buy a replacement impeller and o-ring as a spare.
