Hi, I just got a pb tang a couple of weeks ago and am now seeing that my maroon clown is getting nipped. Is it the tang, I also have a yellow tail damsel but he has been in there for a while with no probs on my maroon. I have not seen anyone in doing it in the tank doing it. What do you guys think. Also will his nipped fins get better. He doesn't look as nice with the nipped fins. Thanks

first thought was the damsel but after reading about the powder blue(which I have never kept)it say will be very hostile towards other surgeon fishes, which is what the marroon is.

No... the tang is a surgeonfish. The maroon clown is a type of damsel. At least, all other clownfish are.

I'd put my money on the PBT. They're territorial as hell and so are the maroons. The maroon has been in there longer, and is most likely starting the scuffles, but the PBT is finishing them.

will his fins get better. Its weird I have never seen them fight. I saw the damsel pic on the bp tang at first, but I think he knows to leave him alone now.
