BTW, they make liquid vitamins ... you need to be speaking with a dr as the correct approach to take because as said before by Cranberry and myself, there are different levels of anemia. All should be monitored closely by a doctor in the beginning.

oh yeah, don't assume you are anemic. We warned you of purne juice..

Iron, potassium....you can't guess these things. Did you know that Doc's overdose you on postassium to stop your heart for surgery? Same can be true for extremly low potassium......heart probs. These things shouldn't be messed with. Too much, too little.....shouldn't be diagnoised by anyone but your Dr.
