why cant i upload?

i already pm'd the admin about this question but it says that uploading is still able to be done on dec 19 and i have a crab pic that i spent awhile on today and uploading is already closed? it says that i can upload on dec 19th? well heres my pic
lets see who has my vote over the others in that category haha

Try using photobucket.com or another photohosting site, then simply cut/paste the link in your posting, you'll get larer images..
