one of the new gorgians I got yesterday is falling apart. It was fine yesterday and this morning its all falling apart.

What you are describing is pretty common.
Do you have any pictures of how you had it mounted. Do you know what type it was?

Sorry to see..that stinks. I have heard this is pretty common as well, thus the reason I have never tried one. Couldn't tell you of the causes however, if it looks or reads like it is going to require an advanced aquarist...I stop looking and or reading.
