why did my clown jump?

i went to see my tank this morning and my perc clown was dead on the floor.
i had him for 7 or 8 years.
clowns arent jumpers are they?
nobody bothers him so i dont know why he would jump.

clowns are great jumpers. i have had two jump out. one jumped out after being bullyed by the female. and the second one jumped up one day after my brothers 15 month old son took the egg crate off the top of my tank.

yea it sucks.he was an awesome fish.
i am turning my 90 into a reef and i was going to put him in there with an anenome.just wierd that after all this time he would do this .one of the bigger fish must have spooked him.he did hang around the top of the tank.
