Why did my sebae anemone get dark colored??

When we first got it it was under regular florescent lighting and was a bright white color with purple tips now it is a darker color. It has gotten bigger since then too. We have had it about 3 months and it has been under MH lighting ever since we have gotten it. Also my false perc just started to host it today!!! :cheer:

Yes but I though I would get a better response in the clownfish and anemones forums.

White is a sign of an unhealthy anemone. It means the anemone is bleached, which is when it has lost all of the zooxanthellae that get energy from the light to help feed the anemone. The zooxanthellae are brown/greenish, so a healthy anemone should always have a nice brown tint.
