Why don't some zoo's seem to like my tank?

do the little snails effect button polyps and yellow polyps? i have little snails, but my button polyps and yellow polyps are not doing well. they are there, they are just not opening. my mushroom corals are fine, and spreading well. any ideas?

Is there any type of brisstle worm that would eat them? I think i have (at least one) that eats snails. I found empty snail (small) shells on one of my rocks on different occations and i've noticed other brisstles so i assume one of them is the "bad" type......
anyway could that be my zoo bandit as well?
