7. If something goes wrong the make things right
8. Ship in a timely manner

I would much rather buy from SWF rather than LFS where i have received horrible info. Also these boards are the best boards on the net. they are the most active and the most informative.

Way too much for live goods, and just not cost effective. It is always good to meet the quota, and that is not that hard to do.
