I purchased them online and it said it was cured. Although.... it took FOUR DAYS before it reached my house.

OK, im cool. I just wasnt sure, I apologize as well, As I said, I was not sure how to take that and thanks for what you said.
Back on topic, IMO just give it more time to finish cycleing and water changes are fine to keep the levels from getting toooo high. Any one can lable rock what ever they want. Does not mean its what they say it is and im not saying that it was not precured or cycled first or whatever they claim it is, but who knows....Bottom line is that now its going thru a cycle and takes time to finish, normally most full cycles take 4 or 5 weeks.....

I guess because nitrites are so high. I will do another change. There are quite a bit of pods in the rock though. I shook my cheato over the tub and a ton fell into the curing tub. I can see the pods swimming around.
I did buy carribean rock which is the dense heavy stuff. I still think it will improve the tanks appearance and biological filter power. I hope!

I did a 100% water change on tuesday and am noticing ALOT of brownish algae collecting on the outside of the rock... also since yestarday the water has turned brownish and there is a little foam collecting at the top... I think I need to do another w/c. this is getting expensive with all this salt i am using. I did a test yestarday of trites and trates and they have come down quite a bit but still are very high. I hope these rocks are cured before next weekend. I am having around 50 people over for my daughter, Brianna's FIRST BIRTHDAY... SHE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!

I'm not sure if it will speed up the process any but try stresszyme. Or something similar to seed extra bacteria into your water.
