Why is my live rock turning bleach white?

My lr is turning white. I am 3 weeks into cycling tank, ph 8 Amm .5 nitrite .25 nitrate 10 sg 1.025

Is there any light on the tank?

yes there is but i do not know what type it is , my moms tank she said 40 50 ? no idea I have LR only plan to have coral maybe later and would like to have clown fish too, any light ideas, I have seen 1 light system that has like 3 different lights in one to simulate day blue and dark lights
