I moved the tank from my bedroom to my living room, and now all my purple coraline algea is turning white, why could this be?

Calcium is at 450, dunno alk
and a 25 watt florescent lightbulb labeled "coral-life"
and moving the tank the coraline algea on my power heads was exposed for awhile, and that is turning white, but on my rocks some is turning white as well, and those were never exposed to air. Does oxygen cause this?

Coralline, being aquatic algea, will die like any other algea if it is dried.
When you moved the tank, did you re-use the tank water, or was the water change a large pecentage?

What size tank? 25 watts isn't a lot of light but if it's a neno tank then that's fine.
Alkalinity is a very important parameter, you should test it.
Is your salinity a typo? What you have listed is the typical household fresh water salinity. Coraline does best with a salinity around 35 - 37ppt.
You didn't mention waterflow. Waterflow is very important to Coraline.

tons of water flow... the algea was going great and covering my entire tank till we moved it. We did a 10 gallon water change and put 10 gallons back in when we moved it; and its a 46 gallon tank.
I know lighting is not very good but I can't afford any better right now.
